I specialize in Conversion Experience Optimization (also known as Conversion Rate Optimization) for D2C brands. This includes managing on-site testing programs, landing page programs along with creative marketing strategy.
I’ve worked with more than 30 emerging D2C brands, all in various stages of funding, to drive growth for their business through thoughtful strategies and customized testing programs, utilizing a multi-faceted approach to CRO:

Kolkata Chai Co.
Kolkata Chai Co is a digital-first food & beverage brand opened by two Bengali brothers. Kolkata Chai started with a simple idea: How do we extend the authenticity, respect and tradition behind a cup of masala chai to NYC?
I joined the team to manage creative initiatives and external communications for the brand as the business expands its operations since its launch in October 2019. As a digital-first food brand, our primary goal has been to leverage the brand narrative to drive purchases while also creating a community within the cafe for people of all backgrounds to connect over a cup of chai. I have been managing our most recent initiatives, Friday Night Adda, a weekly IG Live to create an entertaining and engaging space for people to gather at the end of the week while keeping brand engagement and expansion a priority despite social distancing.
